VC will play D4 in playoffs

No one knows until friday on who is moving up or down. Why would they move up.

They have been in the D-4 playoffs all 3 years of varsity, so they will probably play up again since they have the ability to do so.

I hope VC and Ferndale both stay in D5. If they could meet in the championship the winner could get the invite to the under 500 regional bowl game.

Now that division V is 500 and down it is a little more competitive. I can see both VC and Ferndale staying down, playing for a spot in the regional game. Even with Marin Catholic and Newman moving up, Div-V is still no easy task to win. If the goal is to win a State Title then both teams need to move down. If the goal is to play the best competition then they both move up. If they move down and win Div 5 they still might not get picked for the regional game.

NCS rules say that all schools wishing to play in a division higher for playoffs have to declare by 9-21.
