Rankings dont mean anything. All 3 MCAL teams made the final 8 last yr. when it comes down to the playoffs, MCAL teams are far superior to all these crappy teams in other leagues such as NCL. Just take Drake from last year one of the worst mcal teams. They were seeded at 15 and beat number 2 valley christian. And 4-6 san marin made the championship.

Hmmm, Your memory must be as short as your d*#k. I seem to recall a GREAT and POWERFUL MCAL Justin Siena getting upset by a 10 sseded Willits from the CRAPPY NCL I in the first round of the playoffs in 2011. Of course, you probably forgot that because you were one of the whiners who cried about the referees not bending over enough for your team. Which is what typically happens when Justin Siena loses.

Let's keep the tone a little more civil. Rankings are very subjective and honestly so are the seedings in the playoffs.

If you don't like rankings, don't pay attention to them. The MCAL is a tough league and my number one team is San Marin. But I'm open to surprises along the way. That's why I love HS football more than college or the pros. This stuff is exciting. We all have our favorites, but if you get too caught up in one team or league, you might miss something special.
