I with you there...But, two 5-1 teams going at it...Middletown is a much better team than the one that lost to Salesian by 5 points.

Thanks for posting the Fortuna score.

thats because middletown was without jake davis then and also the kicker missed 6 extra points against salesian. I will tell you now that without injury midddletown well go far in the playoffs.

It should be an exciting run...I promise a Middletown game won't be game of the week until the playoffs!

Latest score for Middletown/Kelseyville is 46-0.

Last I heard: St. Helena 14 St. Vincent 0 halftime.

Class A Dude said...

Is it 48-0 maybe? Or did Middletown get two safeties?

Lynne said...

I just talked to someone at the game & it is 49-0 & Foltmer has his 2nd string playing.

Class A Dude said...

Yes, 49 sounds better than 46...I'll make the change. Thanks!

Thank you for that promise, lol! Also, i am going to put it out there. As it stands right now. Would the ncl 1 north possibly could have 4 teams in the playoffs?

Class A Dude said...

I really think the NCL I north could have 4 teams in the playoffs...The NCL I south will probably have just one.

Don't forget that a 3-7 Willits team made it last year. This is why I think we'll see both Valley Christian and St. Mary's in the playoffs. Both are tough teams that played strong non-league schedules and have played teams like Salesian and St. Patrick-St. Vincent tough. I think the playoff field will be very strong.

Do you really think St Helena would be good enough for NCL l south playoffs?

Anonymous said...

I believe the kelseyville coach has just learned a hard lesson about the three amigos. Foltmer, moyer, and weiper have been rivals and friends for over 25 years. If you are unfair to just one of their teams, the other two will remind you about it soon after. Willits had to learn that last year.

If St. Helena beats Clear Lake next week, yes, they will win the NCL I South and get the automatic birth in the playoffs. That's my early pick for game of the week.

I think that for the south its going to come down to Clear Lake or St. Helena. It will all depend on next weeks game between the two, which will most likely be the league championship game if Clear Lake wins tomorrow like they should.

I have to agree with anonymous at 10:01 three amigos. Middletown coach will play it soft with St Vincent and get a write up in the Press Democrat about how much respect they have for each other. Where is the respect for the kids that are playing on these teams this year? A coach has a good year and beats one of the amigos and it punishment time next year?

Class A Dude said...

I know that Foltmer pulled all the starters before halftime tonight...

its called " shock n awe " by half time foltmer has taught the other coach a lesson and then shows him the door in the second half with the 2nd string. Proper methods n proper procedures when it comes to the three amigos. Mike b

My sources say first string Middletown defense was in until the mid third qtr at least… my friend.

Agreed, if the NCS goes with 16 teams. Doubt is Willis will make it if they go with 12.

I am concerned about El Molino. I have a feeling if they were not a Div. 4 team this year, that the playoffs would have been interesting in Div. 4....

Anonymous said...

this is a great site whoever you are keep up the good work...on the rankings id place berean christian higher than kville or ft bragg but lower than mtown seen these 4 teams mtown is loaded

Fort Bragg

Eureka Fortuna

El Molino

Salesian Valley Christian

Harker

St. Patrick-St. Vincent

Berean Christian

Middletown Kelseyville

Willits

St. Helena

Healdburg

Ferndale

St. Mary's

Would you agree that this most likely will be the 16 team playoff set ( not seeding ) ? Also, how come you don't show Justin- Siena scores? Are they not in Div. 4 football playing bigger schools? I doubt they make it in this year but you could show their scores.

Anonymous said...

Oops! Take out Eureka and put in Piedmont?

Anonymous said...

Eureka is not D4

Ferndale Football said...

Justin-Siena scores are shown. Did they have a BYE this week?

Anonymous said...

I realized that Eureka is not D4. It was a typo and I corrected myself, but thank you anywho.

As for Justin-Siena. Yes! they do show who they play but not the scores Ferndale Guy.

Ferndale Football said...

Did you bother to scroll down the page or look at older posts? I see a 41-0 drubbing by Marin Catholic against J-S right there on Oct. 22nd. Helps to put in a little effort guy.

Class A Dude said...

Yes, Justin Siena is Div. IV and all their games are noted here. They had a bye last week and will visit Tamalpais next Saturday.

You are right Ferndale gal. I missed it. My apologies to Class A Dude. Just askin..
