Once again, your rankings are way off from Maxpreps. Curious how you come up with your rankings.

First of all MaxPreps rankings are computer rankings and know nothing but reported scores.
I agree these Rankings are differnet from others I've seen. For example, St. Helena has beaten a bunch of Div. IV teams. Fortuna has beaten tougher opponents, Healdsburg being one of them. Healdsburg has also beaten a number of tough opponents. Just because St. Helena is 6-0 doesnt mean they have beaten anyone any good.

If anyone thinks maxpreps in the only ranking system they should disregard this poll....maybe he has seen more teams in person.. last year healdsburg and elmo were top 2 seeds ,yet failed to participate in the finals.not to worry hburg fans an 8-2 record will still get you a top 3 seed..

sorry hburg and st.pats were 1-2 elmo was 5 seed......oh and middletown was a 4 and shut-out hburg.

No way Ferndale should be number 2.

Lol why not?

So do you think middletown cracks the top ten rankings if they beat #3 st.helena friday night.

Middletown won't beat St Helena, they are average at best and have 4 starters out for a variety of reasons. This should be St Helena's chance to beat them good. St Helena should worry about a very physical Willits team who if they can stop them will score some points.

middletown is just as pyhsical as willits so how do you say they have to worry about them but not middletown. I know for sure if st.helena smokes middletown then they will also smoke willits.

There is no way Middletown is going to be in the top ten this year lol lol lol lol lol!!!!! They are not very good at all. They might win 2 more games!

Ben, I guess you don't consider Berean Christian and Middletown to be good teams? Berean just crushed VC, and St. Helena beat Berean? VC was supposed to be in top 3 teams? and Middletown's defense who had only given up 38 points in 5 games since salesian? Do a little bit of research before saying st. helena hasn't played anyone, because they beat both of those teams

calpreps still has vc ranked higher then st helena and berean. perhaps they will drop a few after salisian puts the 4 td beatdown upon them

St. Helena got very lucky to beat BC. And only by two points on last second field goal when they missed first try but refs made bad call of roughing kicker when no contact was made.

Berean just crushed VC 35-14 and it wasn't even that close.

lucky or not, they won the game. and are 7-0.

Good point. They won the game. I hope they meet again in the playoffs.
