If I had a choice, I would have gone to the St. Helena - Willits game. But I was leaving Sacramento at 6:00 and knew I would just make it in time for the second half of the first game I would come to -- which was the Middletown-Clear Lake game.
No update on the st.helena willits game, thats to bad. shows who really cares about st.helena or willits football, because they know they wont make no noise in the playoffs anyway, can you say one and done if not for sure they wont make past the second round.
It will on depend on the sophomore talent for these guys. Salesian is just full of talent this year and hard to beat. I think we will be is shock of some surprises or maybe not such a shock to some. St Helena will have to have some surprises of their own to get far in the playoffs. They are a solid team but a little one dementional.

Who is Willits to be complaining about a bad call? You have consistently had the worst refs in the league making the worst of calls against your opponents, and just because a player falls down after he trips someone doesn't make it legal. Read a rulebook, I'm glad the refs you guys chose last night at least knew something. And quit making excuses for your teams loss. The Saints earned that forced fumble, it's not like he just dropped the ball on purpose. You whiners are pathetic.

Charles Bertoli, the game could of went both ways. the ball did come out of joes hand. dont know if you caused it or just holding the ball wrong caused it but you played a good game. and for whoever said willits is just fat and slow. im number 68, Ronnie Dodd. yes i am big. but im 6'2 and i was over powering the O and D line. all these people from Willits and St. Helena putting people down and talking bad about one another probably dont even play the sport.a real champion is knowing the game could go both ways with two great teams like willits and st helena. ya we coulda won but we hadf a mistake and thats what lost us the game. we have a 17 man roster and we'll hold with st helena or beat them any day.just dont get to full of your self because we could have won. you played good bertoli.

I'm just saying that it's a little ridiculous that most people on this blog always claim that it was the other team we play that beat themselves, not us beating them. And thank you Steve I appreciate that someone has something nice to say about a team that has gone 10-0 so far. I am not trying to be cocky, but we are 10-0 for a reason, and it's the hard work and dedication that we've put in since day 1 of the summer.
I dont know what that one guy is trying to say but whats posted here on the internet shouldnt have anything to do with the seeding and/or placement of awards. But if it does that I believe that the class A dude should delete all these comments before something worse happens.
Number 68 I'm not 100% positive but I think you were up against a sophmore all night, and don't say you were handleing the o and d line cause you had a late hit penalty that was obvious and you guys couldn't even run the ball that's why you went to spread and it wasn't successful.

I'm not sure why this happened. I don't think Veteran's Day is the reason, because then all public schools would be playing Thursday or Saturday.
