2012

The 2012 season promises to be much different. Number one, many of the leagues in our division may undergo drastic changes. Number two, many of the teams in our division in 2011 may not be in 2012. Third, the state playoffs will begin with the very small step of regional playoff games after the Section Championships. I believe this will expand into an even larger regional playoff series in 2013 -- if I'm wrong, please post here.

So 2012 is the season of big change. I think I'm going to use this opportunity to expand this blog myself. I am going to focus on schools that fit currently into the Division III, Division IV and Division V -- Basically, I want to cover any team that is eligible for the Div. III or Div. IV State Championship Game.

When are these changes to be announced?

I think this has been the perfect place to read about the small schools. The schools that are eligible for the division 3 bowl game already get enough voice on other blogs because they are larger schools. Please keep it to the small schools here, so they can still be heard and talked about.

8man football has been great for the small schools(nclIII). It needs to be recognized with playoffs. Those kids work just as hard as anyone else. They just have less kids to work with. They should be rewarded.

Practice started yesterday for many schools. When are you going to rev up your website?
