NCS Division IV & V Seeding

The seeding meeting takes place at 8:00 a.m.* tomorrow (Nov. 5th).

I expect Division V to have 12-13 teams and 14-16 in the Division IV bracket.

How would you seed the teams? Give it a shot in the comments.

* Although the meeting was at 8, the brackets won't be released until after the NFHS Live Show at 11:30 a.m. I'm not providing a link because this is a subscription service. So I'm guessing 11:45-ish the brackets for D4 & D5 will be posted.
