The NCS updated their website after all the petitions were filed. Marin Catholic petitioned to play up at the Division III level. All the other teams remain.
Cardinal Newman, which could have rescinded their petition to drop down to Div. IV, instead dropped to Div. III.

At this point, Healdburg looks to be a strong d4 team, as they are always competitive with the D2 & D3 teams. This years playoffs should be interesting.
