Yes, what an upset. Who was it that posted we should only settle this with 8 teams?

A 15 seed just upset a 2 seed on the road in the first round of the playoffs. This is a murky field and I think anyone can win it from here...

This thing is WIDE OPEN. These boys better not take anything for granted.

I thought Middletown would defeat St Mary's. Still can't believe Drake shut down VC's Wikle. This is turning out fun...

Middletown was down 3 starters and another one got hurt early, they battled pretty good for what they had. St Marys will get beat big next round, looked like # 11 had a cast still played good

Middletown looked pretty good. Great 3rd quarter from both teams. This very well could have been a blowout. St.Mary's had a lot of dropped passes and once again the stangs showed their lack of a secondary. They did make some defensive adjustments though. Hats off to the fans, got nice and rowdy up there. Only to be silenced by a heartbreaking giveaway(fumbled snap) with 5min left.

Maybe Drake should have been ranked higher? Still, eight teams is plenty! Would Drake have been one of eight if that were the case? Probably not. Will Drake play for the title? Probably not. Upsets are always fun and it's awsome for the kids. Congrats to the kids and coaches @ Drake! But, eight is the number in D4! My pick: Perennial D4 power Fort Bragg

I wouldnt go as far as to call you a moron but silly will work out just fine. Anyone can win on any friday. Love it that a low seed beats a high seed! thats what HS football is all about! You gotta give the kids a shot at it! 16 teams brings more excitement! BTW Fort Bragg has that special feeling they had with Moyers last run but gonna get real tough next week when Arcata comes thru! Great time of the year tho!!

The only way Fort Bragg scores next week against Arcata is in the 4th quarter when Arcata is up by 35 and they start subbing players.

If fort bragg plays defense like they have all year they will score three touchdowns and win they are a way under rated team I saw the completly shut down a healthy middletown and beat high powered st helena in over time watch for a upset saturday
