Someone earlier said Christian Valley was not your typical 11th seed team and they would beat Fortuna. Sorry, but last night proved that most folks from "down south" always underestimate teams from behind the Redwood Curtain.
Whoever said that VC was not your typical 11th seed team was wrong. VC was your typical 11th seed and the folks from down south do not underestimate the teams behind the Redwood curtain, Its the northern teams that underestimate the southern teams. Look at the 2009 playoffs, both Middletown and Cloverdale were projected to just roll over VC and yet both of them lost to VC. The southern temas have a lot of respect for the northenr teams. despite what some in the media might say in order to fire up the northern teams
