You have to be freaking kidding me. A home championship game for Justin Siena? First they pass the rule doing away with league champions getting home field and now this. Does anyone really think if a small rural school was the highest seed left they would give them a home championship game? This is completely unfair to the other team and I hope they reconsider putting it at a NEUTRAL site.
Justin-Siena has one of the best football programs ever. This team, as well as this coaching staff have put in countless hours of hard work to get to where they are now. Major props to the Braves, and I hope that you guys get that ring because you deserve it. #PlayForTheLegacy
I'm sure st. Helena would be more than happy to only have to drive ten minutes to play in the championship. The only team it's unfair for is San Marin.
The game will be at justin ...drive from novato 30 min drive from st, helena 25 min.. justin is a private school and will require additional perks, now that way bigger schools are playing div4. if marin cath and newman play d4 in 2013 justins dynasty will be concluded.they have been greasing ncs palms for a long time.san marin has 982 students,at this current rate d4 small schools will be up to 1500 by 2016 match-ups may include willits vs. windsor or el cerrito vs. clearlake in other words the ncs is a bigger clownfest then the bcs
Back in 1999 Kelseyville had home field advantage for the class A championship game against Middletown, and Middletown won that game 17-7 if i remember right, so go ahead justin get your home field because St.helena is going to come there and beat you.
Arcata dominated second half, went for two and the win with less than a minute to go, play action pass knocked down by Justin defender, good play. Great game, obviously Justin not as dominate as they thought, Arcata's big back ran them over, Maybe Arcata was just underrated

I would agree they have a great football program. But nobody deserves a home field championship game.

If they play San Marin it will be in Santa Rosa or maybe even at St Helena
Is this normal? When is the last time a school got a championship game at their home field?

How did that justin arcata game end, did arcata have a chance or no.

Arcata scored with 12 seconds (somewhere in there) left and went for two for the win, rather than the tie.
Didn't Justin beat Willits for a class A championship at Justin years ago.
In 2004 Justin Seina had championship at home vs Willits.
Yes justin beat willits at home in 2004
@12 beers down- st helena couldnt even beat san marin
