Was the justin game even close. Did the home field advantage give the #1 seed an even bigger edge
It was 13-7 at one point, 20-13 at another, but it never felt like Justin was in danger of losing. San Marin went for broke all night, throwing deep and hoping for the best. The home field wasn't as big a deal as the weather. Lots of rain, which helped Justin because they're way more patient and they held onto the ball pretty well for an option team. Justin's Brandon Weaver was the difference in the game. He got after the San Marin QB, who has a great arm but holds the ball too long and drops his eyes when rushed. Weaver was the best player on the field.
Congratulations to ____Insert Private School Here____ for winning the NCS Division IV/Class A championship for the 8th time in 10 years.
Thanks for the details, I appreciate it
I usually route for the public schools, but I hope Marin Catholic beats, and shuts up El Cerrito. I hate trash talking at the high school level. El Cerrito does have talent got to give them that
Central Catholic killed Escolon by 40 to win that section. What is Ferndales chance as Mc Clymonds won their section. Is McClymonds schedule that tough don't know much about the Oakland schools
The Oakland Section was incredibly weak this year, but going into the meeting, Mack has 3 of the 10 votes in their pockets with the SF, Oakland, and LA City sections hanging together. They just need 3 more and Ferndale is out. Either way, Central Catholic will plaster both.
