MVP

Someone had a great suggestion, we should vote on an offensive and defensive MVP. I will give you all until 7:30 to come up with nominees for Offensive MVP (we'll do defense when I post those on Wednesday). If you pick a QB for MVP, that QB will not be considered for all Div. IV -- in other words, if they are the top vote getter for All Division, then the all div. title will go to the second place vote-getter.

Matt Ching, Salesian RB

Completely ran all over my Braves, his touchdown run at the end of the first half was very impressive.

I do not know who you are JS, but that is a class move nominating the other teams player, considering your team just won the championship.

When you say "my Braves" are you a fan, parent or current or former player?

I am an alumni and former player who still follows the Braves.

Yes Justin did win the NCS section title but this award is for MVP( Most Valuable Player) and in my opinion Ching was Valuable to the Pride. Would the Braves have been able to still be competitive without Pardini or Aguayo... Yes On the other hand the Pride probably would not have made the playoffs.

I also think that is a classy move JS.

I have a feeling once current players find out and get involved with the voting it could get out of control.

I agree, JS. I was at the Salesian-Middletown game and Ching was the difference.
