Fantasy football or is that the final score?

Since the reported score came in 1 hr and 10 min before the game started, I'd call it wishful thinking. With 6 min left in first half, it is 0 - 0.

Fort Bragg 14 Ferndale 13 Final

In Ferndale, it was Middletown/Valley Christian all over again.
In overtime, Ferndale went first, scored, and kicked the PAT.
Ft. Bragg scored using the pass, and then made the 2 pt PAT with the pass.

Really good high school football game between two evenly matched teams in Ferndale and Fort Bragg today. Being from Ferndale and watching them play this year, it was evident that they missed QB Griggs. They could not get their option running game going until very late in the game. Griggs is a much better option QB than Robertson and they could have used his superior speed, but all the credit to the Timberwolves defense. They flew to the ball and kept the Wildcats from getting outside. In turn, the Ferndale defense kept Cimolino in check for the most part. What hurt them, besides the fumbles on offense, was biting on the fakes to Jake and then not covering the flats which is where FB was able to score their TD in regulation and the 2 pt. conversion in OT. Great game. Good luck to Fort Bragg going on.

I was at the St Marys - Justin Siena game. It was another great game. Another nail biter just like the one the night before between Valley Christian - Middletown. Unlike Middletown, with 1 minute left, instead of tying the game Justin Siena chose to do a 2 point conversion and beat St Marys by 1 point. Another thrilling win by the underdog team.
With the Ft Bragg/Ferndale nail biter what a weekend for football this has been. Too bad I could only watch two of the three games.
I guess the best games have been saved for last. I hope they continue this way till the very end.
