I had to reboot the rankings...Looking at each team that is likely to be in the playoffs and positioning them according to how good they are playing right now. I believe is Justin Siena can get by Tamalpias, they will skip over Fort Bragg and secure #4 for the playoffs.

This is going to be a fun playoff. Most of the schools who will be in the playoffs are veteran playoff contenders and some with the champions belt. 5 of 8 of the teams Class A dude has posted are known football powerhouses each and every year.
It would be amazing to see DV pull out an upset and win the whole thing which seems to be possible since they are somewhat of the "new kid in school", but they are amongst giants. Do they have heart? we will see.
This is the time the lower ranked teams need to put aside the regular season, dig deep and show every bit of their talent. This is highschool football and anything can happen.
I think that each team in the playoffs has a chance. The 8 seed has won the whole thing before. I think top to bottom this will be a strong field. Throw out the regular season and let these teams go at it. I can't wait to see how they are seeded.
This years Playoff teams will have 21 North Coast Section Division IV (Class A) titles combined.
Ferndale X 7
Fort Bragg X 5
Middletown X 3
Justin Siena X 3
Clear Lake X 1
Salesian X 1
St. Patricks X 1
The teams on the list above have combined to win the past 15 NCS Div IV titles.
Thanks for posting that Mr. Redwood Empire...Very cool stat.
