Initial Thoughts...

Looking at the seedings, I think Ferndale got the shaft a little bit. Let's assume that Ferndale and Middletown make it to the second round. Ferndale will have to face the winner of the St.Patrick-St. Vincent - Justin Siena game. Middletown would face the winner of the Salesian-Fort Bragg game. I think Justin Siena and St. Patrick-St. Vincent are better than both Fort Bragg and Salesian. Middletown beat Salesian in week one 49-20 and Fort Bragg 22-8. So I See a tougher road for Ferndale than for Middletown. Now, of course I think Ferndale can get by both, but at this level, each team is good enough to beat another on a given day and the better a team is, the more days they have to beat you.
